Hi everyone!
Thank you for downloading Serento in such great numbers in just a few hours after the launch.
I’d like to keep you updated with what I’m focusing on in the next few weeks. iOS/macOS 27 is around the corner (3 weeks) and I’m focusing on making sure Serento is compatible on day one. I started testing and I noticed some issues already. Since I care deeply about the user experience I would like to focus on these issues for the next 3 weeks.
If you encounter any issues during this time please feel free to post them in the feedback or support sections and I will have a look at them right after I fix everything for iOS/macOS 27.
Thank you once again!
Lorin
I’m happy to say that the issues discovered in iOS/macOS 27 developer beta 7 have been fixed.
There will be 2 more developer builds from Apple and after that I will be able to submit a version that supports iOS/macOS 27.
Let’s hope Apple does not introduce new issues in the upcoming weeks.
And just as a side note, I’m not a fan of the look of iOS 27. Unlike the vast majority of people, I prefer the liquid glass approach in iOS 26. 27 takes away from that look, creating a different experience, in my opinion.
Let me know if you prefer iOS 26 or 27.
Hello everyone.
Quick update. Apple released the Release Candidate of iOS 27 and macOS27. A release candidate is basically the final version that goes to developers a week ahead of the official launch. This also opened the door to uploading App Store versions that support iOS 27 and macOS 27.
However, with the new release candidate version I encountered some performance issues on both platforms, which is going to delay this week update. I’m sorry for not keeping my promise. I will try to work as fast as I can to fix these issues and get the update in your hands as soon as possible.
Lorin.

After 2 sleepless nights I’m happy to say that I fixed the performance issues and I have submitted the new version to Apple. I’ll keep you posted when it’s approved.
