This is a feature I use really heavily already and I have over 100 albums in Listen Later currently.
What this view is missing is a simple text search filter and the ability to change the sort order (the former may make the latter unnecessary anyway). I think they are just ordered related to when added by default.
The killer feature here for me would be a “pick for me” button that would choose something from the list, present it (effectively as a single item). You can then select that album or click the button again to offer something else from the list or click a back button to see the whole again.
I currently literally have another app for that (although that includes my to listen list of records and CDs too)
If this appeared in listen later it could also become a “pick for me” option in various other views, like albums across the whole library or in a specific genre, so you could come at it going “I want some Prog today” head to the Progressive Rock Genre, hit “pick for me” a few times until something suits and hit play.
