Version 1.0 build 28
Change log:
- Fixed LUMIN L2 (and other Platinum-SDK servers) syncing only a small part of the library. The library scanner mistook a single artist’s discography for the server’s album shelf and stopped there, so only that one artist was imported. It now reads every top-level shelf the server exposes and verifies the result against the server’s own artist list before accepting it.
- Fixed libraries being cut short on servers that under-report how many items a folder contains. Browsing now keeps reading until the server genuinely runs out of rows instead of trusting a count that some servers report per page.
- Fixed the Sync screen showing the totals of all your servers at the end of a single-server sync. Albums, tracks, artists and genres are now counted for the server you actually synced.
- DSD albums whose server publishes no technical audio details no longer show an empty rate on the format badge. A new post-sync step reads the real DSD rate straight out of each file’s header and fills it in, so DSD64, DSD128 and DSD256 are labelled correctly instead of left blank or guessed. Interrupted runs resume on the next sync.
- Fixed the same DSD album being labelled differently depending on where you looked, for example “DSD64” on one screen and “DSD · 1/2822” on the shared statistics image.
- Fixed the now-playing equaliser lighting up on every copy of a song when an album holds several masterings with identical tags. Serento now tells them apart by the actual file, so only the track that is really playing is highlighted.
- Fixed Album Version Grouping needing an app restart before Browse - Albums reflected the change. The grid and its album count now regroup as soon as the setting finishes applying.
- Fixed Recently Added on Home briefly showing duplicate versions of the same album before reshuffling itself. The list is now grouped from the first frame, including on a cold launch.
- The confirmation shown after sharing is now clearly visible over any album art: larger, solid, with a travelling gold ring and a matching haptic, so you can tell the share succeeded without having to catch the message.
- The shared statistics image now carries the Serento word-mark and gold accents.
